Breakfast that exceeds expectations
From the moment we arrived, Ross and Blair made us feel like cherished guests. The family room was spacious and tidy, complete with a fabulous coffee machine that elevated our mornings. Breakfast was a standout, crafted from quality local produce and served hot, making each meal a delightful experience.
While everything else was commendable, the minor downside was the noise from the traffic outside the front room early in the morning, which was slightly disruptive but didn't overshadow our overall enjoyment.

Lovely front garden enhances the ambiance.
I expected a quiet stay, but the noise from the traffic outside our room was quite bothersome, especially early in the morning. It interrupted my sleep and made it hard to relax. Despite my attempts to enjoy the lovely garden view, that constant sound was a real distraction.

perfect base for exploring elgin's landmarks and parks
I recently enjoyed my stay at a charming B&B where the hosts made me feel right at home and the clean, comfortable room made my mornings brighter, especially with the local breakfast options. It's only a 5-minute walk to Cooper Park and just under 2 km to the iconic Elgin Cathedral, which made for lovely strolls filled with discovery in the beautiful city of Elgin.

the welcome we got was amazing, felt like we were old friends. breakfast was super tasty, and u could get as much as u wanted. the guesthouse is really clean and had a lovely vibe. bushy flowers around the house added some charm and the comfy room was just right. i appreciated the advice on local places to eat, it really made our stay even better.
the traffic noise outside was a bit annoying in the morning. could've used more bathroom amenities, felt a lil lacking.

We had a great time. The hosts were really friendly and even helped us with local recommendations.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.
